Returns

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment.

Note: Shipping charges from the initial purchase will not be refunded.

Exchanges

To request an exchange (for a different size, color, or style), please contact our support team within 10 days of receiving your order.
We will provide further instructions for the exchange process.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used coconut oil

  • Items not in original packaging

  • Products returned more than 7 days after delivery

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately.
We will arrange either a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • If it is our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Processing Time

Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7 business days after receiving your returned item.

Please note: Additional time may be required by your payment provider for the refund to reflect in your account.
